(1) Introduction
The purpose of this website is to give information
regarding the practice of acupuncture. While it
may not cover all of the technical details, it will
give an understanding of this form of therapy which
can be easily communicated with others including
your primary care physician.
As said before we do not practice the "traditional"
form of acupuncture. You can have confidence
and trust that our approach is unique and has a
basis in anatomical and medical science. It is our
hope that your understanding can play an important
role in showing the merit of this type of therapy.
(2) Historical Background
While acupuncture has been used for over 2000
years. The long history should be a minor issue
because the merits should not be derived from just
the number of years it has existed
