Regarding Insurance
We currently accept all qualified insurance plans.
Which include the following:

CIGNA
UNITED HEALTHCARE

BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD
MAIL HANDLERS
and many more, just ask.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HMO plans at the
present time. Please understand we can only
accept your insurance if you have met your
deductible for the year or if you have no deductible.
We are only reimbursed once the deductible is met.
Since we are not in the network with most insurance
plans, this includes any out of network deductibles,
If you are not sure if you have met your deductible,
please contact your insurance company. If you
have any questions regarding this complicated
issue, please do not hesitate to contact us. All
co-payments are due after treatment.

We can accept Medicare and Medicaid (with
supplements) as long as it is your primary insurance.
We accept these payments on assignment. WE
CANNOT ACCEPT ANY MEDICARE HMO plans. All
deductibles must also be met.
Understand, Medicare and Medicaid will not
reimburse me for acupuncture treatments, however
they will pay for the office visit. I will accept the
office visit reimbursement on assignment. There are
other restrictions regarding Medicare and Medicaid
and if you have any questions please do not hesitate
to contact us.
